Daimoma for Technology and Business Development Consultation (EDAMA) signed an agreement with Ahli Microfinance Company through which it will provide consultation and training services in the areas of human resources, customer satisfaction, sales and marketing skills.
The agreement was signed by the General Manager of Daimoma for Consultation, Eng. Hani Nael Al Abdallat, and the General Manager of Ahli Microfinance Company Mr. Marwan Shahatit, with the presence of the Deputy General Manager, Dr. Abdel Hakim Al Nsour, in addition to the directors of departments from both parties.
Mr. Marwan Shahatit highlighted the eagerness of Ahli Microfinance Company to develop the capabilities and skills of its team to ensure that they are up-to-date with management modern methods, which is positively reflected on the level of customer satisfaction and service.
Also Eng. Hani Nael Al Abdullah, General Manager of Daimoma added: “This agreement comes to emphasize the distinction of Daimoma in providing consulting and training services at the local and regional level, to help companies and organizations develop their performance and sustain their business”
