In cooperation with the Ministry of Education, Ahli Microfinance launched the "Warm Winter" Campaign in which winter coats were distributed among Ajloun, Balqa, Madaba, and Sahab. This campaign is part of Ahli Microfinance Company’s effort to support the citizens through solidarity with students' families in local schools and help them protect their children during the cold winter. Some coats were given to organizations and centers that provide support to poor and needy people.
Mr. Marwan Shahatit, the General Manager commented: “Believing in the Social Responsibility, Ahli Microfinance Company is keen on supporting local communities through providing community campaigns that contribute positively, to improve the lives of citizens and their families.”
It is noteworthy that Ahli Microfinance Company is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Jordan Ahli Bank, established in 1999 with a total number of clients of 40,000. It is keen to provide a variety of financial and non-financial services through the network of branches spread across the Kingdom's Governorates. It is the first company that supports and empowers young entrepreneurs, women, and low-income business owners through opening doors to new opportunities to better economic, social, health and educational levels, which will contribute positively to the well-being of the Jordanian society as a whole.
