Mr. Mouin Bahou

Chairman of The Board of Directors/ Head of The Directors Panel  

Mr. Mouin has extensive experience in the banking sector spanning more than 30 years, and held many important management positions in several banks, including ANZ Grindlays, Cairo Amman Bank and Jordan Ahli Bank.

Mr. Bahou held different positions in the banking sector and most recently served as Chief Credit Officer at Jordan Ahli Bank and Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Ahli Leasing Company.

Mr. Ammar Alsa'id

Mr. Ammar holds a bacholer degree in Accounting from Yarmouk University and he is currently  the VP/ Head of Small and Meduim Enterprises at Jordan Ahli Bank.

Alsa'id has more than 17 years of experience in banking sector.

Dr. Salma Al Nems

Mrs. Al Nems holds a PHD degree in Development Planning from London University and she is a board member in number of public and private institutions and has more than 27 years experience in social development, gender diversity and women empowerment.

Mr. Jafar Majdalawi

Mr. Jafar holds a master degree in Finance from Juba University and he was a board member in number of companies in Jordan Ahli Bank group and has more than 30 years experience in banking sector.

Mr. Majed Hejab

Mr. Majed holds a master’s degree in finance with over 24 years of experience in the banking industry. He holds the position of Head of Treasury, Investments & Financial Institutions at Jordan Ahli Bank.
